Without any other experience to compare to, it was probably a longer process than could be expected. We had lots of patience for turnover of project leaders to start when they went through a quick expansion. I'm thinking they were suffering from success which is a good problem to have. Now we are up and running and enjoy watching the app to see we are winning at the energy game. Once settled into the project manager, responses to all our questions were quick and thorough. All the accompanying hoops for the Greener Homes Loan were easy to navigate.
